How do I get an Outsiders VIP BBQ wristband to enter the two- day event?

Please check our sponsorship page for the different levels of sponsorships. Individual two-day wristbands are $50.00 each. You can purchase via PayPal in advance. Your donation will support our mission and allow you VIP access to the Outsiders tent and enjoy the food and entertainment.

What is The Outsiders BBQ Team all about?

The Outsiders BBQ Team is a group of passionate pitmasters known for their award-winning barbecue. They specialize in crafting perfectly smoked meats, innovative rubs, and mouthwatering sauces that leave a lasting impression.

What types of events does The Outsiders BBQ Team participate in?

The team actively competes in local and regional BBQ competitions, caters private events, and participates in charity cook-offs.

Where do I park at the Rodeo event?

Public parking is $20 per vehicle. Public parking is accessible through Gate 3 and Gate 4, on Decker Lake Road. Permits are required for Gate 1 and Gate 2, on Decker Lane. Rideshare patrons please use Gate 1.

How do you apply for Rodeo Austin scholarship?

Scholarship Recipients are selected based on financial need, academic achievement and community involvement. Rodeo Austin establishes the selection criteria, then the partnering educational institutions make the specific student selections each year. To be considered for a Rodeo Austin Scholarship, you must be attending one of the partnering colleges or universities or have participated in 4-H or FFA programs, For more information, please contact Rodeo Austin Scholarship Department at 512-919-3000.
